Try these coffee Cocktail Recipes for your restaurant menu.
Elevating your restaurant’s cocktail menu with espresso-based cocktails does not need to be rocket science! Whether you are looking to extend a cocktail menu, looking for some fun drinks to create for your upcoming office social event, or just looking for a good recipe to use at home. The below recipes are sure to be all-around crowd pleasers!
First, you need a good quality espresso! Whether you are using a Nespresso commercial coffee system like me, traditional or automatic systems, it’s all about extracting the best shot possible from a high-quality product. This ensures a good crema and rich espresso to help deepen the flavour of your cocktails.
I also strongly recommend pouring the espresso at least 4 hours before using it to ensure it has time to cool down.
