Additional Tips:

  • Start the recipe with a medium to dark roast coffee. With an intensity of 9, Nespresso Ristretto is the perfect full-bodied, rich coffee.
  • Don’t forget to preheat your glass to keep the drink warm longer
  • Always choose a great Irish Whiskey (not hard to do)
  • Use freshly whipped cream. Avoid the pressurized cans of cream as those will ruin your coffee. Instead, begin with a little heavy whipped cream and vigorously shake it in your bar shaker till you get nice light and fluffy consistency
