Stephen Wright, Clubhouse Manager. I oversee all Clubhouse and facility operations.
YOUR CHALLENGE
What challenge were you looking to address?
We are constantly looking to deliver value to our members and previous coffee products were not allowing us to deliver value on a consistent basis. Training of staff and equipment malfunctions resulted in inconsistency and at times, a less than desirable experience for our members.
Why did you decide to choose Nespresso as a solution?

What benefits have you seen as a result of the solution?
