We are a local and refined Italian food offering a taste of home. Following the success of the fine-dining restaurant in Cinara, we moved into a more approachable style- with the same emphasis on quality and commitment to well-sourced, simply prepared Italian food.

Your Challenge
What issue or challenge were you looking to address?
We required a high-volume espresso machine, one that was both efficient and good quality. The other options in the city are quite expensive and time consuming to operate.
Why did you decide to choose Nespresso as a solution?
The price point and ease of use are the main reasons we decided to go with Nespresso. Not to mention the great support we’ve received from our sales representative.
Additionally, we find the quality to be better than most of Nespresso’s coffee competitors.
Results
How does this solution meet your needs?
Primarily it has been the ease of use for our staff and the ability to keep up with volume of our busy restaurants. We also really do appreciate the ability to recycle the capsules and the simplicity when it comes to ordering them.
