Your Challenge
What issue, challenge, or pain point were you looking to address?
We wanted to get a large espresso machine for our office and our VP does not believe in another coffee brand except for Nespresso.
Why did you decide to choose Nespresso as a solution?
Our VP especially instructed me to get Nespresso. He’s a firm believer in all of Nespresso’s products which is why we decided to try the professional line as well.

How does this solution meet your needs and what benefits have you seen as a result of the solution?
My experience with my sales representative was beyond expectations. When I first phoned him, I was desperate in need of a coffee machine since our office was brand new, and we had no coffee for our staff. In the same afternoon after speaking to the sales rep he brought the machine in. He trained me how to use it and how to take care of the machine. He offered samples to our staff allowing them explore all different types/flavour of capsules until we could narrow down what we liked.
His response to my email was fast, accurate, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to manage the delivery of capsules faster than my expectation.
