What issue, challenge, or pain point were you looking to address?
The coffee wasn’t good, low quality taste and low-quality product, as well the machine constantly needed servicing. They didn’t have a recycling service and the servicing company didn’t communicate when the programming of the machine needed updating. We inherited the previous beverage machine from our office so we put up with it until we found the right solution.
Why did you decide to choose Nespresso as a solution?
The quality and benefits of the coffee, the taste, the options and the recycling program. In my opinion, the quality is most important for me and my company, I would put Nespresso’s quality higher than all other options any day.
