What issue were you looking to address?
We were a new hotel brand, looking to create an upscale stay and spa experience in a non-traditional market. Our goal was for our coffee solution to meet the guest’s experience of what we were trying to create aesthetically and image-wise.
Why did you decide to choose Nespresso as a solution? From the initial interaction with the Nespresso team, to the demonstrations and training, we here at The Insignia Hotel have had nothing but the most positive, mutually rewarding experience.

Our experience has been with Nespresso and offering that experience to our guests.
It makes me smile each time a positive review comes into the hotel from a guest that comments on the Nespresso machine in their rooms and how great it made them feel that a piece of home was right there for them when they woke up. We also receive an equal amount of positive reviews from guests that comment on how nice it was to experience Nespresso for the 1 st time…in their hotel room.
Would you recommend working with EVS to a friend or family member?
I have and will continue too. The positive experience I have working with the team, along with the quality of the product has been exceptional!
