A step above in service: Our courtesy visits

A STEP ABOVE IN SERVICE: THE COURTESY VISIT

It is absolutely essential for a business to build and maintain a good relationship with their customers. I think that a good way to accomplish this is by staying in touch with our customers regularly and by proving monthly/quarterly Courtesy visits. These visits are not only meant for us to be able to check on the performance of our machines, but also, it is an opportunity for us to connect with the customer and collect feedback in order to improve our relationship and be able to provide a 5 star service. Customers appreciate these visits because it allows them to ask questions and clarify any doubts they may have.

To us, performing these visits helps us gather information that gives us a better understanding of your business, and also make sure that the machines are always working to their best performance. During our visits we like to remind the customer the importance of recycling and the importance of properly maintaining the machines in order to avoid any malfunctions.

We like to encourage the customer to take advantage of this time and ask any questions that they may have and go over any functions of the machine to assure that they are always operating the machine properly. Whether it is a technician or a territory manager performing these visits, our main purpose is to ensure experience with out equipment and products are the best.
